Payment Instructions
- Please click on the deposit option from the list above. Be sure to select the correct package if you are including the CANCELLATION PROTECTION PLAN. Once you get to the next screen, click "ADD TO CART."
- When finished, click the "Check Out" button, and create a user id and password.
- Enter all required information on the Shipping and Billing Page and continue.
- Enter all required credit card data, verify shipping/billing address and items in the cart and submit your payment.
- If payment has been successfully submitted the screen will give you an order confirmation number, and you will receive an automatic email with your order.
- If you are making a payment using two credits cards, you will have to complete the shopping process twice as our system only allows one credit card to be entered. Only two credits per reservation permitted.
- If you are having problems using the PAYMENT STORE or do not feel comfortable entering your credit card information online, you may telephone us (646) 383-7196 or (800) 283-9577. Please leave a message if you are directed to the voicemail and an agent will return your call as soon as possible.
Each guest will have 48-hours to cancel their reservation
with no penalty and receive a full refund.
