About the Cancellation Protection Plan: This plan allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 5- business days before your arrival and receive a full refund of the Package Rates. This plan only covers Package Rates, optional pre/post hotel and extensions and Gold Packages. The cost of the protection is a non-refundable $75.00 per person ($150.00 per person for suites) and must be purchased for all guests at the time of deposit and cannot be added at a later date. The Cancellation Protection does not contain any health insurance. When purchasing the Cancellation protection Plan, all guests on reservation must purchase the plan. This plan cannot be sold to select members of your reservation. Should you decide to decline this coverage, you will be requested to waive the Cancellation Protection Plan when making your reservation. All rates listed (except additional room night extensions) are per person. Triple and quad rooms come with two double beds. Single rooms are requested to have a king bed. Double rooms may be requested as one king bed or two double beds. Suites are one king bed and one sofa bed. Bed configurations are by request only and not confirmed until arrival. PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in US currency. To make a reservation, a full payment must be received. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, money order or a personal check.
Reservations will not be confirmed until full payment is charged, which by credit card can take up to three business days. You can make a reservation online and mail a money order or check payment, but the reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is received and posted. All rates are guaranteed upon deposit. All payments are processed through Cruise Everything, the official travel company of the Quacker Factory.
You will have a full 48-hour period after making a reservation to cancel at no penalty!
INCLUDED IN PACKAGE RATES
The Branson 2009 Package Rates include hotel accommodations for three nights, 1-breakfast, 1-lunch, 1-dinner, three shows, transfers to shows and Quacker events and amenities listed in package.
NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE RATES
The Package Rates do not include the following: Additional meals not listed in package, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at the breakfast and lunch. Alcoholic beverages are not served aboard the Showboat Branson Belle. Also, not included in package is transportation to and from Branson, optional pre/post hotel packages, incidentals at hotel, spa and gift purchases and other items of a personal nature.
