PACKAGE RATES
All rates listed are per person, except optional pre/post hotel nights (before October 15 or after October 18), which are listed per room.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be made in US currency. To make a reservation, a deposit of $150.00 per person is required. A second deposit of $200.00 will be due on/or before June 15, 2009. Final payment is due on/or before August 15, 2009. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, money order or a personal check.
Reservations will not be confirmed until deposit is charged, which by credit card can take up to three business days. You can make a reservation online and mail a money order or check payment, but the reservation will not be confirmed until the payment is received and posted. All rates are guaranteed upon deposit. INCLUDED IN PACKAGE RATES
The Branson 2009 Package Rates include hotel accommodations for three nights, 1-breakfast, 1-lunch, 1-dinner, three shows, transfers to shows and Quacker events and amenities listed in package.
NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE RATES
The Package Rates do not include the following: Additional meals not listed in package, alcoholic beverages and soft drinks at the breakfast and lunch. Alcoholic beverages are not served aboard the Showboat Branson Belle. Also, not included in package is transportation to and from Branson, optional pre/post hotel packages, incidentals at hotel, spa and gift purchases and other items of a personal nature.
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
If you have not purchased the Cancellation Protection Plan, and you need to cancel for any reason, the cancellation fees will be as follows for this vacation package to Branson:
Upon submitting your Reservation Request Form online or making a reservation over the telephone, each guest will have 48-hours to cancel their reservation with no penalty and receive a full refund. Any Cancellation must be made in writing to Cruise Everything by clicking the link below.
The cancellation penalties are as follows:
- After 48-hours and up to May 1, 2009, a penalty of $25.00 per person will apply.
- May 2 to July 1, 2009, a penalty of $100.00 per person will apply.
- July 2 to August 1, 2009, a penalty of $200.00 per person will apply.
- August 2 to September 1, 2009, a penalty of $300.00 per person will apply.
- September 2, 2009 or later, no refund.
Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. are not responsible for any travel related cancellation fees and expenses not arranged directly though Quacker Vacations and Cruise Everything.
REVISION FEES
A handling fee will be assessed for any change or revision made to a reservation. The Cancellation Protection Plan does not protect from these fees. (There is no charge for adding additional guests to a reservation and/or package upgrades.) Charges are as follows:
- Any revisions made after deposit and up to August 15, 2009, a Revision Fee of $50.00 per person, per change will apply.
- Any revisions made August 16 to September 30, 2009, a Revision Fee of $100.00 per person, per change will apply.
- No revisions can be made on or after October 1, 2009
IDENTIFICATION
All guests need to have a Drivers License, or a State or Federal Issued Identification to present at check-in at the hotel upon arrival. All guests in the group will be given a name badge to gain access to all events and shows. Each guest is required to wear this name badge to all events. Failure to wear the name badge to the events may result in denied entrance.
TAXES, FEES AND EVENT GRATUITIES
All taxes, fees and event gratuities are included in the Package Rates.
TRAVEL REPONSIBILITY
This tour will provide all transfers to events, meals and shows that are offsite from the hotel. Handicap access is limited during transfers, please see Special Needs Form for additional information. All other transportation to/from Branson and in Branson is not included in Package Rates.
AIR TRAVEL
For flights that arrive and depart Springfield, MO (SGF), there is a one-hour drive from Branson. Flights on arrival day should arrive prior to 2:00 p.m. Departure flights should be scheduled after 10:00 a.m. The new Branson Airport (BKG) is opening in May of 2009 and operating limited flights. Air, rental cars and airport transfers may be arranged through our travel partner.
ITINERARY AND TRIP CHANGES
Published itineraries, events, shows and celebrity involvement are as accurate as possible but subject to change due to unforeseen conditions that are beyond the control of Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. expressly disclaim any liability for any damages that may be incurred for any changes, cancellations or delays on any itinerary or tour. We reserve the right to substitute an event, show, meal, hotel, amenity or other tour related item with another of equal or greater value. Should an unforeseen illness or death with a participating performer, celebrity or Quacker Factory representative take place before this tour, the tour package will go as scheduled and no damages may be recovered by any guest or cancellations be accepted without penalty.
TRAVELERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. It is strongly recommended that persons requiring assistance be accompanied by a companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the assistance. Neither Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory, Fritz Travel, Inc., vendors related to this trip, personnel nor its suppliers may physically lift or assist clients onto transportation vehicles. Travelers needing special assistance for other than personal needs must inform us at the time of booking to determine what assistance may reasonably be made available by Quacker Vacations. BAGGAGE
There are no limitations on baggage by Quacker Vacations. Although every effort is made to handle passengers' luggage as carefully as possible, Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. is not responsible for and does not assume liability or accept claims for loss of or damage to luggage due to breakage, theft or wear and tear through hotel and group carrier handling. It is recommended for your own self-interest and protection that you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities.
HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
You are responsible for any incidental charges such as room service and purchases at the hotel. All rooms and most public areas at the Radisson Hotel-Branson are 100% non-smoking. All smoking guests must smoke in designated areas at this property. Room locations and bed configuration are not guaranteed excepted where stated on Reservation Request Form. Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute another hotel of equal or greater value.
ENTERTAINMENT AND SHOWS
Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. reserves the right to substitute any event or show with another of equal or greater value. All seats for the shows will be assigned upon arrival at theatre. Only guests that purchase the optional Gold Package will be given advance preferential seating. The order of Branson performances may change due to show schedules and alternate performers may replace entertainment outlined in itinerary.
MEALS
The included meals are subject to a two-seating time assignment should the group exceed a specific capacity of the designated dining facility. Quacker Vacations will assign you to one dining time should it become necessary. The breakfast meal will be a buffet. The lunch will consist of a sit-down plated luncheon featuring a chicken-dish entree. Should you require the vegetarian option, please be sure to fill out the Special Needs Form. Dinner on board the Showboat Branson Belle will offer several dinner choices, which will be ordered at the time of sailing.

In all matters relating to the making of arrangements for hotel accommodations, entertainment, and transportation, Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. and its subsidiaries act only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, and other suppliers stated in the tour literature describing the services purchased. Because of its status as an agent, and because it maintains no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of these travel suppliers, Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc. and its subsidiaries assume no responsibility for and cannot be held liable for any personal injury, property damage or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of (1) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any of the suppliers, (2) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized acts or omissions on the part of any employee of any of these suppliers, (3) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, or instrument owned, operated or otherwise used by any of these suppliers, or (4) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under the supervision and control, direct or otherwise, of Cruise Everything, Quacker Vacations, Quacker Factory and Fritz Travel, Inc.
